Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

If we anticipate any significant delays, we will notify you via email.

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

International shipping is not available at this time.

Local Delivery & Pickup

We currently do not offer local delivery or in‑person pickup.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue or file a claim with the carrier.

Important: We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received.

Address Errors

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

  • If your order has not shipped, we can update the address—please contact us immediately.
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes, delivery, or refunds for incorrect addresses.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
